THE OPPORTUNITY
SAMGI is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to join our established trauma program at a Level II Trauma Center in Goodyear, Arizona — in the heart of Phoenix's fastest-growing West Valley community.
This position offers dedicated OR access, APP support 10 hours per day, and a sustainable schedule of 15 days per month. SAMGI liberates you from billing and administrative distractions — so you can focus entirely on being a surgeon.

- High-acuity orthopedic trauma program
- Dedicated OR block time
- APP support 10 hours per day

CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operative and non-operative management of orthopedic trauma patients
- Acute fracture management and high-energy orthopedic injuries
- Trauma call coverage
- Inpatient and post-operative care
- Collaborate with trauma surgery, emergency medicine, anesthesia, nursing, and hospital teams
- Work closely with APPs supporting the orthopedic trauma service

Requirements
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery
Fellowship training in Orthopedic Trauma required
Experience managing high-acuity orthopedic trauma cases
Current or eligible Arizona medical license
Eligible for hospital credentialing and privileges
