PHOENIX, ARIZONA (USA). Clin-Path Associates, PLC, a well-established and growing private pathology group, is seeking a Full-Time Board Eligible/Certified Dermatopathologist to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona.
Clin-Path Associates is the largest private pathology group in Arizona and is comprised of more than 30 pathologists with subspecialty expertise in Dermatopathology, Hematopathology, GI/Liver Pathology, GU Pathology, Breast/GYN Pathology, Pediatric Pathology, and Cytopathology. We own a CAP-accredited, state-of-the-art laboratory and provide anatomic, clinical, and molecular pathology services to multiple hospitals, surgery centers, and physician practices throughout the greater Phoenix area.
The successful candidate will join an experienced dermatopathology team and will focus exclusively on dermatopathology sign-out, including biopsies and excisions. Clin-Path is a high-volume practice with a broad and varied case mix ranging from common, routine dermatopathology to more complex and challenging cases, including hospital and direct immunofluorescence cases. Our dermatopathologists work in a fast-paced environment, and we value strong clinical judgment, teamwork, efficiency, and accuracy while maintaining a supportive and collegial practice environment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong diagnostic abilities, and an interest in working within a busy, collaborative private-practice setting. Applicants must possess, or be eligible to obtain, an unrestricted medical license in the State of Arizona.

Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Dermatopathology
- Completion of an accredited Dermatopathology fellowship
- Eligible for an unrestricted medical license in the State of Arizona
- Strong diagnostic skills across a broad range of dermatopathology cases, including routine and complex biopsies and excisions
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced private practice environment
- Strong clinical judgment with a commitment to accuracy, quality, and timely case completion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with pathologists, clinicians, laboratory staff, and other healthcare professionals
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collegial and team-oriented practice
- Experience with hospital-based dermatopathology and direct immunofluorescence cases preferred
- Commitment to maintaining applicable licensure, board certification, CME, and professional requirements
